Introducing Moybul Ali to our senior leadership as Operations Director

This week, we announce our new Operations Director Moybul Ali replacing the fantastic Sophie Rieckmann who stood down as our COO. Moybul is excited to join the Cardon Banfield Foundation at this exciting time:

"I took interest in CBF because of their mission to strive and improve services for the homeless and those experiencing homelessness. I wanted to volunteer to use my skills, experience and knowledge to be part of this mission.

I've seen a rise in homelessness in towns and cities across the Midlands and read press articles, many are horror stories and have experienced the services housing options provide and they're usually not fit for purpose.

My mission strategically speaking, is to help contribute to improving services aimed at responding to homelessness and hopefully, reduce the rate of homelessness - I am excited to be part of CBF and the team!"

Our CEO, Hugo Sugg, said:

"Having Moybul and his experience in the management team of the Foundation is an honour. His experience of working with people, homelessness and also organisational operations is going to assist us with our new strategy to get Satellite Hubs across the UK.

As I highlighted the other week, the Foundation is redesigning how we work and Moybul is going to be integral to the drafting, implementation and evaluation of this. We are in a prime position to lead the way in responding to homelessness effectively and making sure bad decisions by the homeless sector are a thing of the past.
