
Our Strategies
To help us achieve our goals and vision, the Cardon Banfield Foundation has created an overarching 5 year strategy called "Responding Locally" which sets out how our projects will run and what we want to achieve. Alongside this, we have a 3 year Media and Communications strategy which governs how we keep on message: "Responding Publicly". These strategies mean we can respond to homelessness effectively.

Every quarter, our Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer evaluate our current performance against the 5 year strategy to see if we are achieving our targets. The CEO and Press Office Manager regularly review our communications operations in accordance with the strategy in place.

Our Board of Trustees unanimously signed off both strategies in 2022.
