We are so pleased to announce, to celebrate the achievement of our amazing Head of Strategy and Development, that from today Sophie Rieckmann becomes the Cardon Banfield Foundation Chief Operating Officer!
Sophie has been a fantastic, stellar worker and has shown true strength and courage overcoming new challenges over the last year and a half. The Foundation has massively benefitted from Sophie’s hard work and we want to recognise this with a newly created position.
Along with her current role, Sophie will be the Foundation’s co-Leader, be the lead on our 5 year strategy and will deputise when our CEO is off or unavailable.
In response to the news, Sophie said:
“It’s a pleasure to be stepping into this new role as COO, whilst continuing in my current role as head of Strategy and Development for the Foundation. My time at the Cardon Banfield Foundation so far has been exhilarating and I look forward to expanding my role within the organisation, especially with all of the exciting projects and developments we have lined up for 2022!”
