The Cardon Banfield Foundation is manned by a fantastic team who all have the passion to make a difference across the UK by responding to homelessness.

Hugo Sugg

Founder & Chief Executive, Satellite Hub Coordinator (Interim)

After experiencing homelessness himself at 18, Hugo is passionate about reforming the broken homelessness system across the UK.

As CEO, he also leads on our Press and Communications

department and oversees the flagship Satellite Hub Programme.

Sophie Rieckmann

Chief Operating Officer,

Head of Strategy, Research & Development

Sophie's work includes leading on our research department, developing the organisation and guiding our 5 year strategy.

As our COO, Sophie also deputises for our CEO on Trustee meetings and leads on our accountability.

Volunteer Coordinator

Abi is responsible for recruiting, onboarding volunteers, making sure they are properly trained before they start their role.
