To help us respond to homelessness, we have a number of different projects we work on. We are working nationally to improve the services that really matter to people who are homeless or vulnerable.

Our Satellite Hubs help us to know what is going on in local areas and enables us to work with leaders, charities and service users to establish Homeless Forums. Since 2017 we have been working in Worcestershire to help ensure more rough sleepers don't die in the county and been establishing a "Worcester Model" which includes a homeless forum and joined up map of services.

Our work is overseen by a Board of Trustees from across different sectors and locations.
